Every transaction you handle involves more than contracts—it involves trust. When consumer funds, property access, and confidential information are in your hands, even small missteps can lead to serious risk.
Real estate practice requires careful management of money, documents, access, and confidential details that directly affect negotiations. This course shows how routine activities like handling earnest money, overseeing showings, discussing pricing, and navigating alternative financing can create compliance risks if not handled correctly.
You’ll learn how Pennsylvania law applies to these situations and how to make sound decisions that protect your clients, your license, and the public. By strengthening your understanding of escrow procedures, property oversight, and confidentiality standards, you’ll reduce risk, build client trust, and support fair, ethical transactions.
